Investment Criteria

While we do not focus on any particular industries, the common characteristics for the companies in which we invest are:

• Leading market position or potential to become a market leader
• Proven management team
• Stable and sound operations
• Strong and defensible market positions
• Attractive industry fundamentals
• A record of consistent and predictable cash flow
• Minimum EBITDA of $2 million (no minimums for add-ons)
• Headquartered in the United States or Canada

We are generally a control investor but in certain circumstances will partner with other parties to share equal minority positions.
