Wincove Capital is a private equity firm that invests capital in stable and profitable companies in the lower middle-market.  We partner with management teams in order to facilitate:

• Family and/or seller succession transactions
• Recapitalizations
• Management buyouts
• Buy-and-build strategies
• Corporate spin-offs

Wincove Capital is a "generalist" investment firm, in that we do not specialize in particular industries, but rather have extensive experience across a wide range of businesses.  We know from our experiences that the challenges and opportunities faced by many lower middle-market companies are similar, regardless of the industries in which they operate.  We seek to be the ideal partner to help our portfolio companies face these challenges, capitalize on growth opportunities, and ultimately, unlock value.

We typically utilize both equity and third-party debt financing in conjunction with our investment. Our capital structures are always designed with the future growth prospects of the company in mind.  We want our portfolio companies to operate under a comfortable capital structure and to have the necessary capital to execute their growth plans – to fund facility expansions, execute acquisition strategies, or open new locations.

We customize our transactions to meet each owner's particular liquidity, diversification and tax objectives, and we work quickly and confidentially to avoid disruption to the business.  Our goal is to create a successful and positive experience for all parties involved.
