The Company currently has seven distribution facilities located throughout the country.

Fairchild Industrial Products Company www.fairchildproducts.com Based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Fairchild is a designer and manufacturer of pneumatic and electro-pneumatic industrial control products and power transmission products. The Company's products are sold to a variety of end user markets, including the food processing, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, paper and pulp, textile, and automotive industries.

American Furniture Manufacturing Located in Tupelo, Mississippi, AFM is a manufacturer and supplier of upholstered furniture for the “promotional” market segment. AFM offers a full line of popular stationary and motion sofas, loveseats, and reclining and occasional chairs at retail price points from roughly $200 to $900.
